【丽湖生工大讲坛第四十五讲简讯】Intracellular Chemical Reaction-Induced Self-Assembly to Control Cellular Fate报告会在球盟会 顺利召开
2025年10月17日上午,应球盟会QMH(中国)官方网站 生物医学工程学院黄鹏教授邀请,韩国蔚山国家科学技术研究所的Ja-Hyoung Ryu教授作为“丽湖生工大讲坛”的第四十五讲嘉宾,在丽湖校区A2-517(1)会议室进行了题为“Intracellular Chemical Reaction-Induced Self-Assembly to Control Cellular Fate”的专题报告,吸引了多个学院众多师生的积极参与。
Ryu教授在报告中提出“细胞内化学反应诱导自组装”策略,核心为“细胞器定位诱导自组装(OLISA)”。该策略利用可响应活性氧、特定酶或pH等刺激的分子,在细胞内原位构建功能纳米结构,突破传统技术的靶向与功能局限。他重点介绍了在线粒体中实现含巯基单体的高效富集与高活性氧触发聚合的研究,该自催化过程可破坏线粒体功能,在多种癌细胞系中显示出抗肿瘤潜力。此外,Ryu教授还提出“超分子溶酶体靶向嵌合体(Supra-LYTAC)”概念,并在动物模型中展现出应用前景。报告后,师生就分子设计与临床转化等问题进行了热烈讨论,Ryu教授耐心解答问题,现场气氛活跃。
讲座嘉宾简介:
Ja-Hyoung Ryu received his BSc (2000) and PhD (2006) form Yonsei University, Korea under Professor Myongsoo Lee. After his postdoctoral research with Professor S. Thayumanavan in University of Massachusetts at Amherst, he joined at the department of chemistry, Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology in 2012. His current research interests include rational synthesis of supramolecular nanomaterials for the theragnostics, and intracellular supramolecular assembly for the control of the cellular function.
